Due to the light density of charcoal, we need to consider two issues during charcoal crushing.  First is the dust flying issue, as charcoal is quite light, there must be perfect dust collecting system on the crushing machine. Second is the internal structure of the crusher, it is different with coal crusher, the hammers for charcoal crushing must be thin and serried, so we can get final charcoal powder from it.

Normally our clients crush the charcoal for making shisha cubes/tablets or BBQ charcoal briquette, the size of charcoal powder should be 0-3mm after crushing. We produce 300kg/h to 4000kg/h hammer type charcoal crushing machines, which can meet the production requirement for different charcoal processing plants.
